Privacy Policy

Data handled

OBLIBOX handles account email and authentication identifiers through Supabase. Boxes, obligations, reminders, notes, and recurrence data are stored locally on your device by default. Pro accounts additionally use cloud backup and multi-device sync. You may export a manual JSON backup at any time. Notifications use local scheduling and contain only the information needed to display an obligation reminder.

Account deletion

When you confirm deletion and the server successfully processes it, your Supabase account and server-side account data are deleted. Local data on a device is not destroyed before server success; the device dataset is retained in an orphaned state and is not made available to another account without going through the app's existing recovery rules.

Service providers and security

Supabase provides authentication and server processing. Stripe processes Pro subscription payments where applicable. Cloudflare Turnstile may process CAPTCHA requests when enabled. OBLIBOX never contains a Supabase service-role key or Turnstile secret in client code.
